The iPhone 18 Pro series is anticipated to be introduced by the American smartphone company later this year. The upcoming flagship series from Apple is likely to feature the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Although not much information is available about these devices, various leaks and reports have suggested what might be expected from them. Recently, a YouTuber revealed images of a dummy model of the iPhone 18 Pro Max. These pictures display the phone beside a dummy version of Apple's current top model, the iPhone 17 Pro Max, allowing for a comparison of their designs. What's interesting is that the alleged iPhone 18 Pro series seems to have a familiar look, but with some subtle updates. In a post on X, tech YouTuber Vadim Yuryev, also known as Max Tech, shared images of the supposed iPhone 18 Pro Max dummy units, which show its design alongside last year’s iPhone 17 Pro Max. The photos suggest that the new flagship model will keep the design changes introduced with the previous year’s Pro models. However, it appears that the device has a slightly bigger rectangular area for the camera.

Furthermore, the back camera module on the iPhone 18 Pro Max seems to stick out more than that of the iPhone 17 Pro Max, but only by a small amount. It is expected to keep the three-camera setup. However, the images indicate that the upcoming Pro Max model may have larger camera lenses. Like the previous year’s model, the camera area on the iPhone 18 Pro Max might also include a LiDAR sensor, an LED flash, and an extra microphone on the right side. Additionally, the iPhone 18 Pro Max is shown to have a power button and a Camera Control button on the right, while the left side appears to have the volume buttons and the Action Button. So, it looks like the layout of the buttons will not change. There is also a round cutout in the middle of the back panel that might be for MagSafe parts, surrounded by glass, similar to the iPhone 17 Pro Max. At the bottom of the phone, there’s a USB Type-C port and a speaker grille.

Apple is likely to unveil the iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro, and the iPhone Ultra, which is rumored to be the company's first foldable phone in a book-style design, in September. However, this has not yet been confirmed by the tech company.
