
The MS-13 gang is facing federal charges in the death of a Virginia man in Prince William County. The U.S Department of Justice has announced on Thursday that Edgar Oswaldo Blanco Torres, 25; Jose Martir Larios Espenal, 21; Samuel Enrique Villalobos Sanchez, 19; Dimas Misael Canales Santos, 27; and Keyri Sujey Portillo Gonzalez, 19, each of them have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
These charges have come in as a result to the death of Christian Alexander Sosa Rivas. His body was discovered in Potomac River in Dumfries in January.
All the five are charged with a maximum sentence of death or life in connection with murder and kidnapping, and 10 years on conspiracy counts. These five with two other adults and two juveniles were charged in Sosa Rivas death.
